On Target Maintenance has been using the services of A Better Call, (ABC)for well over two decades!
In the beginning, when Eric and I first got into business, we tried other business development companies with similar services. Most of the “other guys” were these large companies where there were many people working our account without great success. On Target Maintenance, A fledgling company at that time, needed more than just “Someone to Dial”! None of the other business development companies were able to match the personalized service we received from Maureen and her team at ABC!
We needed a partner. A company that actually cared about the relationship we were going to build together. Most importantly, they cared about the relationship we would then build with those potential clients. We needed someone to track those potential clients and then follow up with them in one week or one year as needed. That’s what we found at ABC...
It was the equivalent of having a personal assistant. I was able to inform Vicki, the individual I was working with, about our company, our strengths, our business model, what we actually did, as well as a host of other details she needed to make the call meaningful to the potential client. Vicki, also informed me of appointments in real time, even calling me directly, if needed, to work out meeting schedules to fit both the potential client and myself. This service is what hooked OTM on ABC!

When we first started our business 25 years ago, our budget was not large, in fact we had virtually no budget for calls. However, we knew it was a necessity. We started with just 10 hours a week. Maureen has been much more than just a business associate, over the years we have become friends, knowing all about each other’s families, when children and grandchildren were born, or when loved ones passed. I have always felt that this is an important part of business, and unfortunately this is missing from the work environment of today.
