I am an owner of a Retirement Plan Advisory Business. In the beginning, when Eric and I first got into business, we tried other business development companies with similar services. Most of the “other guys” were these large companies where there were many people working our account without great success. On Target Maintenance, A fledgling company at that time, needed more than just “Someone to Dial”! When we first started our business 25 years ago, our budget was not large, in fact we had virtually no budget for calls. However, we knew it was a necessity. We started with just 10 hours a week. Maureen and her Team made sure those hours were spent wisely: if something wasn’t going as well as ABC thought it should, perhaps the list we supplied didn’t have accurate numbers or a host of other reasons, the team at ABC didn’t just keep calling. ABC makes the appointments, but then it is up to us, the sales team, to make the sale. We have been very fortunate in our business to have the combination that works.
