These last 25 years have had some major ups and downs. Times when business was great and times when business was challenging. One thing has been constant, business still had to move forward.

We, at A Better Call, embrace this quote.  Our clients charge us with doing their cold calls and creating opportunities for them to sell. Calls cannot be staged nor can they be canned. Calls are truly conversations. As in any conversation, there will be give and take. We face objections consistently, every day. Being effective over the phone means having an open mind. Stop, assess, strategize and move forward.  You need the skill and confidence to hear the objections and offer alternatives that help the prospect see the advantages of learning more. Our job and our focus is to engage the prospect and present our client in a compelling way.

We can’t change the direction of the wind.   But we can certainly adjust our sails.   We do it every day.
